Well, great news! J.D. Power just released the results of their 2019 U.S. Auto Insurance Study, and Esurance scored highest in customer satisfaction in California! These results reflect the progress we’re making in our effort to improve the insurance experience from end to end. It’s clear that we’re headed in the right direction. And we couldn’t be happier about it.
When it comes to making insurance painless, customer feedback is the key to understanding if we’re getting things right. J.D. Power measures satisfaction in key areas that customers care about most – based on real customer comments. We’re thrilled to receive this honor from J.D. Power. But even more thrilled to receive top marks in California, our home state where we serve the most customers.

At Esurance, we’re constantly working to understand customer pains and then remove those from the experience. We want every experience with us to be simple and transparent. And we want to offer a product that’s not only reliable, but also affordable.
This recognition from J.D. Power bolsters our commitment to making insurance better. It’s a win for us (but more importantly, for our customers), and that feels good.
But our commitment to making insurance surprisingly painless is not a one-time thing. It’s a journey. We won’t rest on our laurels. We’ll use this recognition to inspire us to keep working. And to work harder than ever and not stop until all of our customers give us top marks for satisfaction.
