Esurance Is Part of the Allstate Family

With exciting new technologies and incomparable expertise from Allstate at our fingertips, the future looks bright.

Esurance is an Allstate company

Want more info about our relationship with Allstate? Find out what being an Allstate company really means.

Earlier this year, we announced that Esurance would become an Allstate company in the fall. It took a lot of hard work (not to mention a touch of good fortune), but we managed to make that goal a reality.

Esurance is part of the Allstate family

If you’re a customer wondering what this means for you (and rightly so), here are the top 3 things you should know:

  1. Your car insurance rates won’t change because of this. Since Esurance and Allstate will operate as independent companies and maintain separate pricing structures, you can expect the same great rates from us on car insurance.
  2. You’ll have the opportunity to get even lower rates. Over time, Esurance will underwrite more insurance products — including homeowners, motorcycle, and other specialty lines — enabling customers to bundle their policies and receive a broader range of discounts.
  3. Your claims experience will be better than ever. We take pride in offering the best claims experience possible. And with the additional know-how of Allstate’s world-class claims-handling teams, our goal is to improve that experience even further.

Moving forward, Esurance will operate as a distinct brand from Allstate, but now with the added reassurance of a Fortune 100 company with an A+ financial strength rating. We’ll continue to look for ways to innovate and improve on what we offer as we strive to push the world of insurance into the future.

And with exciting new technologies and incomparable expertise from Allstate at our fingertips, the future, we must say, looks bright.

So far all I have received from your company is bunch of advertising bullshit and ZRO quote ror facts. Why don.t you try to call me instead of hiding behind the computer screen. Hate to think what might happen if a person has a claim! GOD FORBID!!

George, The way you have conducted yourself is embarrassing. I feel bad for you. Did you graduate elementary school? Wow. Do you know how to spell or type? I love them as my insurance provider. I have the best rate and actually there really on top of things. Maybe you should try them? Do you even have a drivers license? You are bad vibes for sure. LONG LIVE ESURANCE!!!!

  4. Coby Bowers The agent was very good and knowledgeable. Am I still in the contest to get an I PAD????

Allstate rewards their safe drivers i.e. reduced rates, money back, zero deductibles…check my record, it's outstanding. Why haven't I been awarded for my record and faithfulness to you? If you are owned by Allstate or even partnered why aren't I receiving same benefits as people who insure through Allstate?

Thanks for your question and for being our customer, Mark! Though Esurance is an Allstate company, we operate separately from them, which means we have different rates, discounts, and product offerings from one another. We’d be happy to review your policy with you to make sure you’re getting all of the discounts and savings you qualify for. Give us a call anytime at 1-800-ESURANCE (1-800-378-7262).

I was with another company for 25 years and your company cut my car insurance cost in half. Maybe you could start a refer a friend discount?

If I am already an Allstate customer, is it possible for me to fax or email my current policy to you instead of filling out all this info. It would be so much easier and less time consuming for me as I do not have a lot of free time.

Hi Diane, Thanks for your interest in Esurance. We’d like to help make the quoting process as easy as possible for you. You’re more than welcome to email us your Allstate declaration pages to start the quoting process. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to complete the quote entirely without you speaking with an agent who is licensed for your state, due to certain personal information (social security number, etc.) we need in order to give you the most accurate quote possible.

Thanks again for your comment, and please let us know if we can do anything else to help.

Will you ever start a refer a friend type of discount? I have sent a lot of friends your way.

Thanks, Ashley – we appreciate it! Not sure if that discount is being discussed, but it's a good suggestion.
