    In today's lifestyle, having a functional mobile app like Esurance is not a convenience…it is a necessity. We are getting to the point where almost everyone has a mobile phone, something that can not be said for computer ownership. If, heaven forbid, I am involved in an accident. It is my mobile app that I will use to collect and submit the required details. I do not drive around with my internet connection plugged into my computer plugged into my accessory power jack. The app is the way to go.

    I think the apps ability to get onsite information about an accident is perfect communication. Plus now I cant forget or loose My insurance card. This is where wisdom & technology meet in the apex of ecomerce… kudos
